Riffing on recipes from the much admired Bright Cooking, you’ll learn how to use the hearty greens of winter and lesser known grains & legumes as the base for an array of meals: cook once, eat dinner all week long. Then we’ll create home-made sauces, marinades, and flavor paste with global flavors that will add new excitement to your dishes (you can take them home, too).
