The Belmont Child Care Association (BCCA) provides a safe, supportive, and academically inspiring environment for the children of parents working on the Thoroughbred racing backstretch at New York’s Belmont Park, Aqueduct Racetrack, and Saratoga Race Course. It is committed to promoting early childhood education, supporting school readiness, and encouraging educational success. "Anna House" opened its doors on the Belmont backstretch in 1998, and over 1,000 students have participated in the program. In 2021, "Faith’s House" joined the BCCA family, providing quality care on the Saratoga Race Course backstretch during the summer meet.

In addition to providing strategic guidance to the BCCA as a member of the Advisory Board, Pam reads weekly to the pre-school and school-aged children at Faith's House, and provides sponsored field trips for cooking classes for the program's older kids.
